Is there anyway to find out what offer I signed upto?
At end of Jan 17 I signed up to BT for my new place and in the move I've misplaced what rewards I should be getting.
It would be handy to have a list of these on the site so people don't get fobbed off.

I am having the same problem. I am sure I signed up for £150 pre loaded card and £50 cashback reward. I did save the page at the time I placed my order on 16th March 2017.
My landline and broadband have now been up and running for a week now. I have found the £150 pre loaded card reward but can't find how to claim the £50 cashback.0 -
