When did you last clean behind your fridge?

Apparently a fridge uses less electricity if the back is regularly cleaned and dusted. I dragged mine out (it is fitted very snuggly between units!) today and cleaned behind it - BUT must admit (and I'm ashamed to do so!) this was the first time I've done this for, ooh, a year - or so! Anybody else admit to being as bad as this? - and no don't ask about the cooker!!

wow newly wed! ive never heard of anyone who does that is he a bit of a cleaning fanatic generally?
Yup!! That's why he does all the cleaning though!! He dusts every room every week. Mops the kitchen and bathroom floors regularly... and continually tells me off for leaving crumbs on the worktop (talking about 4 crumbs not masses) and for spilling stuff in the kitchen :rolleyes:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Today! :j
But only because I got my new fridge delivered today!
I keep a couple of sheets of newspaper under both the fridge and washing machine as I figured it might be easier to change the newspaper couple of times a month than face a mega clear out once a year. It does work.....when I remember to do it!
