Thanks everyone. The company have offered me a 20% compensation and keep the dress, which as you've all said, is more than reasonable as it's my mistake for not checking harder. Lesson learnt!
Thanks guys!0 -
even if you returned it I doubt you would ever see a refund.
No phone number and no address anywhere on the website,
for £30 prob best to put it down to experience and then warn everyone you know about chinese scam sites
What scam? They don't claim to be a UK website, They have a returns policy which states if you unhappy with an item or change your mind you pay return costs. If they make a shipping error they will refund the costs.0 -

it would be interesting to see if the dress was returned (at a cost of £30) how much would then be refunded, my guess is nothing.
meaning cost of £90 for no goods
of course they could be totally legit and refund the £60. but I doubt it0 -

I doubt it too.
Having lived in the area where they have their US "office" I had a quick Google and it's a small unit in a small strip mall slap bang in the middle of Silicon Valley. On the plus side they're a only a couple of doors away from a Taco Bell and there's probably a Vietnamese nail parlour somewhere in the vicinity - there invariably is. So it doesn't really look like a major international clothing retailer.0 -
20% has just come through.0
