I am sorry if you don't understand this, but it is very simple. You do not ever talk about your employer on social media. Full stop. You criticised your employer because you got into trouble at work. When you get into trouble at work, you stick your head down and don't come to their attention again. Not post it all over social media.

I may be misunderstanding this, but you appear to be saying that this is not the first time you've been dismissed. Maybe you need to reconsider your approach to work? Employers have disciplinary procedures. Complaining that you don't want to attend them because you get distressed, and it would be better if they just finished you, is not the way to go. Not getting into trouble in the first place is the way to go.

I wish far more people would take your advise, then these problems would not come up again and again.
Some people these days seem to think that putting things on social media is just like talking with friends in a pub and it will not go any further but soon learn {a lot of the time the hard way} that using social media for rants ect can soon get back to the people concerned with results perhaps not understood at the start.
Just remember if you would not say it to a persons face then do not put it online in any way or it comes back to bite you.

OP, please stop winding yourself up. Really, nothing too terrible has happened. Yes, you are likely to be dismissed. Look on this simply as a life lesson - as others have said, don't talk about your employer or employment on social media. You have been employed only a little time and it seems you got this job after having been dismissed in the past, so you know that you can get a job even though you have been dismissed.

Assume you are going to be dismissed as a result of the hearing, and focus on moving on. (You have resigned in any case.) You are now a better person because you have learnt the social media lesson. Try to be the perfect employee next time!
