Scottish Power switch problem

Hi all,

I completed a switch through MSE to Scottish Power for both gas and electric at the start of March. Electric went through fine but never heard about the gas. Gave them a ring today and they have said there was an 'error' and have cancelled my gas application and have told me to phone back on Friday to re-apply for the gas. When I asked about the tariff I will not be able to have the one I applied for. I am also concerned I will lose the dual fuel discount.

Anyone experienced this before? Where do I stand with the cost?
