TBH...it's lovely to see someone who comes on the forum and actually admits to having sold their property this way....

I have sold to one of these companies they typically offer you around 75-80% of market value and pay all of your fees aswell.
Good of you to register on the site purely to post this completely genuine and impartial recommendation.
If these companies really paid that much for every house they bought and then sold them on at the market rate, they wouldn't make enough profit for it to be a viable business.0 -
