    Normal in my opinion.

We moved in our current place and found out the had put new carpet in for selling. Brilliant you would think? Except They has carpeted around some of the furniture in the bedroom so when we moved in we had chunks of it missing. !!!!!!?

They have also painted the beautiful Victorian sash windows in white Matt emulsion so it's been all flaking off and chipping if you even look at them. They laid carpet over old carpet. We had a massive leak in the bathroom that had been like it a long time as they had left a baking tray underneath it but not told us about it. The integrated washing machine was on its last legs and sounded like black hawk down landing in the kitchen.

They have painted all the woodwork in emulsion as well. So that chips. We have cracks appearing on the tops of all the skirting boards so we need someone to investigate that. We have had to get a dehumidifier as the windows are not good and we have a lot of condensation.

They basically did a very good job of painting everything to make it look lovely and done but it's actually just to hide everything.

But slowly we are getting things done and getting them done properly. It just will take about 5 years.
