Opodo not sending invoice

Hi all,
When booking flights on Opodo, I requested an invoice to be sent to me as I need to bill the expense to my company.
This was 8 days ago, I have been on the actual flights and back to the UK and still nothing.
I have contacted their customer service number on 3 different days and the excuses ranged from system problem, to having to wait 22 days until an invoice is emailed. Their customer service is useless...
The expense cycle at my company ends tomorrow, otherwise I have wait another month to put it through.
Is there anything else I can do, or somewhere to go to to report this?
It's ridiculous that it takes 8 days to send an invoice and I am the one at loss until I get the costs reimbursed.

I dount you'll ever get anything from them, they have a terrible reputation. Next time don't book your flight from a shonky 3rd party site.0

Do you really need an invoice?
There is no VAT so it doesn't benefit the company. Could you not submit your e-ticket or travel document receipt instead?0 -
Waiting for Opodo to do anything is a waste of your, or your company's time. They are part of E dreams, a business with a dreadful reputation, be grateful they issued the eticket for you.0

Hi,
I am in the same situation and even though I have booked the flight end of January, I still do not have a legal invoice, just for their "mediation fee", although they charged also the flight cost from the credit card. This wouldn't be a problem, but we are a Romanian company and the bookkeeping is quite strict and we need the invoice as a justification for the expense. Basically we were deducted with 150 GBP and we have a justification of 10 GBP while for the rest, they claim, we should pursue the airline  for another invoice. This is getting crazy and taking us a lot of time... I am really sorry that we booked via opodo, never gonna make the same mistake again.0 -
They took the money, clearly adding £10 for themselves, so they should issue the invoice as any good agent would do, but they are not a good agent. I fear you are wasting your time hoping to get an acceptable document.0
