    No one mentioned RTB?

    Social Housing is a scarce resource. If a tenant also has the option to live elsewhere thus freeing up a social property, then they should be expected to.

    It's simple really.

    Because the reason they got it in the first place was a need for it. It is only right that once the need is removed, so is the house.

    I think it was mentioned that the children are adult so would not be considered. There the flat is big enough for the pair of you
