I swapped from spending a fortune on bottled water to a filter jug. A huge saving and yes very :money:
Thanks !
Nice to know0 -
Another vote for a filter jug.
However.......if you are rejigging the kitchen anyway then why not have a filter tap fitted under the sink. You just replace the cartridge as necessary. A much more elegant solution and frees up counter space.
Yes I do spend money......sometimes;). Lol.
Re tiredness. Yesterday My friend swimming. She did 25 minutes, I could only manage about 10. Muscle fatigue. Still it's better than nothing.
Chatsworth today. Unfortunately weather not that great. My neck is giving me gyp and I'm the one driving. Hey ho. I'll live.
I think I'll book a massage for when my friend has gone home. I did buy myself a massage pad that you attach to a chair, it's ok but not as good as the real thing.
My cat is an unfaithful ungrateful wretch. He has transferred his affections to my friend, slept on her bed last night. 😂0 -

As far as I remember it wasn't that expensive and, since I only drink water, it seemed the ideal solution.
I'm only a few miles from you AC and our tap water tastes horrible - despite the water people saying it's fine! Tap water is better to drink if cold from the fridge.0 -

LL - my cats used to do this with anyone who came to visit. Apparently they do it to insist that the visitor will love them!!!0 -
Are you still planning on paying off your outstanding debts with payplan AC? Keep trying with the full and final payments and stress you have no regular income. Otherwise your residual savings will soon be swallowed up with regular bills and living plus the payplan payments.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Absolutely . Payplan have pencilled me in for a chat on first week of June . Worse case scenario : I pay full £25k . Better outcome : £15k or under
In my calculations , the first thing next to house purchase was clearing this . However, the person I was supposed to speak to was sick . They appreciated my patience and were looking for the best solution to help me . Hopefully , they can wrap things up and all parties are happy .0 -

You've got me thinking LL. I 'll have a chat with James regarding the water and see what he thinks costwise etc.
I'm gonna get a cheap recliner from Argos . Not leather as I already have leather furniture . Was thinking of the vibrating / heating stuff ala lazyboy, but don't think I could justify the expense .0 -
It's amazing how much bottled water varies in taste .
I love volvic ..not so keen on Evian
Brita? I'll find out0 -
Went to the flat to have a look. Bath installed/ most of the flooring laid.
I have a feeling the white suite hasnt arrived yet. There is a box with oak written on it . Tiling next i guess. It'll still be part tiled.
The bathroom looks less eastenders and more bob the builder .
Had a call from vodafone yesterday. My contract expires next month.
I told them to call back today, as i was watching the chase.
The iphone i have at present is 16gb, which is useless.
They messeed uo my attempt to go sim only a few months ago.

Have dental appointment today. I think it's fillings today, and not more root canal treatment.
I've been re reading my original diary ( currently at page 131).
Funny really. I had no idea initially, what I was creating here.
(Apart from wearing out all and sundry , on many occassions:) )
I feel so much happiness these days. Not tempting fate obviously.
It'll be interesting to see if i get a proper sleep pattern again, when i move into my new flat. I've decided to join the gym once i move in.
This should mean, i should feel more relaxed after etc.
This should be the time when i find out once and for all,,if the prednisolone is responsible. I think it is . I would have had my may appt. with the specialist. That's now cancelled till november. In one way, it gives me time to make a difference & fulfill my promise to the specialist that i would be lighter when he sees me. I would have failed had i saw him next month.
The breathlessness was bad for the last couple of days.
Apart from that, all is good in the world0
