I know what you mean - iv literally been telling anyone thatll listen :j:j , been on the phone for the past hour - was so quick to get off the phone to call my husband i forgot to ask what the next steps are....

Could I ask who your default was with initially? Im assuming it was not with Halifax themselves?

Thank you yes it was with halifax - things change and people change so im glad they have seen that everyone deserves a second chance

Congratulations Torfoxwell so happy for you you mentioned your defaults were with Halifax from 2011, which month? All of a sudden I am feeling more optimistic valuation survey is booked for next week, I am keeping my fingers crossed, will keep you posted

:j:j one was for august and the other was for december 2011 , im cheering for you , its so hard ro keep optomistic when its out of your control , im pretty much putting it all down to my fantastic broker

Thanks for letting me know what were the amounts of default Torfoxwell? and what percentage of deposit you'll be putting down? my default is from December 2012 :-/ I wonder if that's considered historic, so glad you had a fantastic broker who could really help
