you mentioned your defaults were with Halifax from 2011, which month? All of a sudden I am feeling more optimistic

:j:j one was for august and the other was for december 2011 , im cheering for you , its so hard ro keep optomistic when its out of your control , im pretty much putting it all down to my fantastic broker0

what were the amounts of default Torfoxwell? and what percentage of deposit you'll be putting down? my default is from December 2012 :-/ I wonder if that's considered historic, so glad you had a fantastic broker who could really help
