Last year I MSE featured a card that you paid 4.99 or (3.99 perhaps) for and then give you a period free and you can get free hotels, tastecard, beauty treatments etc.
We listed our 3 hotels, none were available but they contacted us and said this was taking longer than usual (By then they've taken the first month's fee), they then tell me to make up for it they'll contact me to let me know when my first choice hotel is available, they never called. Then they didn't reply to emails, the tastecard voucher code didn't work and tastecard told me to speak to Supercard.
My wife tried cancelling, they still kept taking money, then I cancelled the credit card as it wasn't a DD and low and behold my bank gave them my new details and they've continued taking payments, All I have had for my money is a piece of plastic, not one offer worked and they don't respond!
My wife is pregnant with twins and we haven't the money to throw away at the moment.
Have other's had similar experiences?
