Will T-Mobile call you back to tempt you to stay after cancelling your contract?

I am thinking of cancelling my T-Mobile 18 month 35 Flext WnW contract, which is now at the end of the contractual tie-in.

I have read about how crap their upgrade deals are but just wondered if anyone knows if they will call you up in the 30days to see if they can tempt you to stay on - I know some providers use to do this?

They did to me, twice when I didn't take the first offer. That was 2 years ago. When I called up to cancel last year they gave me everything I wanted (free k800i, free WnW for a month, Flext 20 for £15) so I was happy to sign up again.

They didn't call me back.

When I called them (I want to stay with them), they initially offered me Flext 35 on a twelve month term for £35 a month - it is only £30 to new customers! Finally got them down to £25, but I still think that is a pretty poor offer.
