Documents to expect in leasehold purchase

I'm buying a leasehold flat.
The vendor's solicitor has sent a pack of documents through to mine. I asked my solicitor to provide a copy of this pack for me to review.
The pack contained:
I feel like there is information missing. The leasehold deed is for the original lessee when the property was first built. This contains a service charge, but I imagine this has changed since then. TA7 says that there is a service charge, but there is nowhere on the form that specifies the amount.
There is no form detailing which aspects of the property will be included in the sale (other than what is stipulated in the leasehold deed - i.e. plaster walls, but not timber frame etc.). Should I expect an additional form detailing what is included (any white goods, shelving, curtains etc.?)

The pack contained:
- Leasehold deed
- TA6 Property Information Form
- TA7 Leasehold Information Form
- Gas survey certificate

It might just be that your vendors solicitor hasn't had all the paperwork from the various sources yet. I'm selling my leasehold flat and the management company were 3 weeks delayed in sending the management pack through to my solicitor for them to forward on to my buyer.
This included the info on service charges etc. Maybe ask if that is the issue?
And yes you should expect another document detailing white goods, curtain poles, light fitting etc being left.
I had to fill in the property info form, and a separate one detailing all that I was leaving behind. I have also recieiced both documents on the house I am purchasing.0 -

You should not have to ask. However it is likely that the solicitor was waiting till he had everything you need to review (eg searches etc) before sending them on.

Correct. This is what you are buying. If it was a 99 year lease originally granted in, say 2007, then you will be buying the remaining 87 years of that lease.

No. You are buying the original lease and all its terms remain the same

It's in the lease.

There will also be a Fixtures & Fittings form which will show contents (eg white goods). Form TA10. The sellers may not have yet completed this, or you/they may still be discussing this via the estate agent. But the seller's solicitor won't wait till it's ready before sending across other documents - he's trying to keep the sale moving, as is your solicitor.
edit: Since you are paying a solicitor, you should be asking him to explain anything you don't understand. However on this occassion I'll waive my fee for doing his job for him (since you asked us instead), provided you make a small donation to
