But Zoopla Pro Plus DOES have all the offer prices, as well as surveys and an exact and accurate valuation of property.

The Pro Plus version was only released this morning, so I guess you were all unaware of it yet!

I'm using the beta version. It's showing me all the offers that will be made in the future as well.

Is that the new version where you can check how many times the house has been redecorated since it was built?

I am on http://www.howthickweremywalls.co.uk right now which shows exact widths of the wall as built, and compares them with up to date thickness, to show how the internal space has got thinner after coats of paint and wallpaper. Very useful.

Combined with the thicker atnosphere we have now with all the dephlogisticated air kicking around it's a wonder there's any room at all in our houses.
