Does anyone have access to Zoopla Pro that can help me?

Options
Hi MSE forums!

I'm looking at a flat tomorrow which was recently sold but the sale has fallen through and it is now back on the market. I would like to know if anyone that has Zoopla Pro can tell me what the offers were on the flat and maybe even tell me what offer they accepted on it?

I'm hoping that (if i like the place!) And make an offer, I can make an offer similar to what they accepted and they will hopefully accept my offer quickly. Thus increasing my chances of getting on the property ladder.

If anyone can help me please send me a direct message and i can give you the details of the property.

Thanks again! :D

Surely, only the EA that received the offer would have access to that information. And it would be confidential.

As above, only the EA would have that info. Zoopla would only see the asking price, and afterwards when the property had actually been sold, the selling price as recorded by the Land Registry.

Irrelevant what someone else would pay anyway. Just offer what the property is worth to you. You may be in luck if the vendor has already found their onward purchase, i.e. you fill the gap left by the purchaser who pulled out.
  • I spoke to a mortgage advisor recently that said if you have access to Zoopla Pro (which is only available to certain people, mortgage advisors and the like) they can see what offers have been made on a property, which help purple like me make an informed choice about what to offer...

Correct me if I'm wrong please mortgage advisors?

How on earth is "Zoopla Pro" going to know what offers have been made? This needs the EA to forward all offers not only to the owner but also Zoopla. Doesn't make sense.

The think the mortgage advisor is bull5h1tting you. That information is almost irrelevant to a mortgage advisor anyway.

I'm not a mortgage advisor but I can definitely say you're wrong and Zoopla do not have a crystal ball to be able to know what offers were put forward to Estate Agents or vendors.

If mortgage advisors have access to it and your mortgage advisor told you about it- you can see where I am heading.......
  • This information is definitely not available in Zoopla Pro (or Rightmove Plus)

But Zoopla Pro Plus DOES have all the offer prices, as well as surveys and an exact and accurate valuation of property.

The Pro Plus version was only released this morning, so I guess you were all unaware of it yet!
