I can't even work out how to delete threads. I can't see whether people have been PPR'd. Anyone any ideas as I have a friend that has a much user friendly MSE appearance. He said he joined MSE many years ago. Anyone help.

It now appears that I can create posts with URLs.

You can't. For testing use a post in any existing thread.
