Cheers for your response, have spoken to these before and they said they can only be involved in complaints against a water company, in this case it's property management. 0

Just looking at the bills in detail, one bill states we used 105 cubic metres of water in 103 days.
This is a two bedroom flat which was empty for over a week in which this period covers.0 -
The avg house uses 164 cubic metres p/y and costs £400.
So between 2 of us we've apparently managed 105 metres and spent £335
Whilst digging through old post also now find a letter from the management company informing us of a leak, slap bang in the middle of the period in which this bill relates to!0 -
Property management company have now kindly agreed we didn't infact use 105,000 litres of water in just over 100 days.
They've said we were on a bulk meter for the whole building and there may be a problem with this.
Now, we've challenged the readings from day 1, reluctantly paying bills until the ridiculous one in question.
How do we know the others are correct, they've obviously been fleecing the tenants.0
