It's all lovely that you're all doing so well. I'm not doing as well as I thought though I have racked up some more points.

Given the circumstances dreamtruce, I think you're doing well with the points :);)

...................Last night I made a list of how to save more money or to save money to emergency funds, what to do to be financially stable etc.

You sound as though you are getting organised and planning well ahead, which is great! :);)

Wishing you both a super Bank Holiday :)

I checked my bank account yesterday & today (2pts)
Today I will be taking my own lunch (+1 pt)

At the weekend me & the mister brought a sofa and agreed that we are going halves on pretty much everything, which is nice. We just need to decide on a coffee table & TV unit now.

So much to pack & do this week and so little time !

How you have a APP Day too ! You're all doing so well.

  • Good morning everyone :)

Updating with the last 2 days APP points:

went for a walk each day - 2 points
    20ps into a pot - 2 points
    entered for freebies/competitions - 1
checked and purged emails - 2

Still trying to be giving and be grateful each day (I think I'll count these as one challenge) so 2 points for the last 2 days.

So 9 points and up to 23 now.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't updated or anything.

Me and my parents had a horrible dispute and it got messy, so I left for two days and stayed at my boyfriends current house. The Last few days at home won't be enjoyable... But I gotta make the best of it at least for myself.

I'll be home tonight and tomorrow then Saturday I'll be moving / packing my things.

I haven't done anything this week to save money really... If I'm honest I'm not in a good place right now to focus on money issues.

Does anybody count money that they owe to family as "family debt" or just class it as iou but not worry too much about it?
