Doozer, just had another thought, put a clause in the small print of the selling contract saying party 2 weeks after completion open to anyone registered on MSE. Solicitor will probably never notice it.A house isn't a home without a cat.

I might put that in all my contracts. They might batter me over the snagging if I have the party after they move in though.
