i Phone 5S

Options
OH keeps getting messages saying her password has been changed - if this wasn't you please change now.

She does change it but is quickly running out of password she can remember.

Is this a normal problem for i phone?

How can she correct it?

Is the message telling you that the password has been changed in an email message or a text message?
Does it also give any clues as to which password has been changed - Apple ID, iCloud etc.

Are your Apple credentials installed on an iPad that another member of the family has access to?
Does anyone else have access to your email?

I would probably be going to a browser on my computer and navigating to https://appleid.apple.com/ to sign in to Apple and make sure that the Apple email/password combination is valid and to make sure you are changing your password (and security questions) on the Apple site.

    Hope this helps
