Looking at the Orange's t&c's:
'4.3 terminating your Contract because Orange has changed its terms
You may also terminate your Contract if we vary its terms, resulting in an excessive increase in the Charges or changes that alter your rights under this Contract to your detriment. In such cases you would need to give us at least 14 days written notice prior to your Billing Date (and within one month of us telling you about the changes). However this option does not apply if:
4.3.1 we have increased the Charges by an amount equal to or less than the percentage increase in the All Items Index of Retail Prices published by the Central Statistical Office in the Monthly Digest of Statistics in any 12 month period; or
4.3.2 the variations we have made have been imposed on us as a direct result of new legislation, statutory instrument, government regulation or licence; or
4.3.3 the variation relates solely to an Orange Additional Service, in which case you may cancel that Orange Additional Service in accordance with Condition 15.1.'
Looking at section 4.3, you should be able to cancel your contract with Orange as they will start charging for the 07822 numbers (which noodle is) on the 15/12/07. Provided you give notice within 30 days of being notified of the changes and the reason you wish to cancel is due to the increase in call charges for 07822 (which were originally included within your allowance).
I'm going to try and call them today to see what they will do. I will post back when I have any updates.
Wish me luck!0 -

Just received a bill from Orange which stated the following at the bottom:
' a small change to call charges:
Just to let you know we're updating the way we charge for call forwarding services. From 15 December all call forwarding services beginning with 07 will no longer be covered by your plan's inclusive any network minutes and will be charged at 20p per minute. This also includes numbers with the following prefixes - 079730, 078225, and 079785. Numbers beginning with 070 will continue to be charged at up to 55p per minute. Don't worry - this only applies to call forward services, calls to regular mobile numbers beginning with 07 don't change at all.
For details, please see the pay monthly guide at www.orange.co.uk/service_plans/paymonthly '
Anyone know if we can cancel our contracts early? or whether or not this will effect calling NOODLE?
Can anyone explain in simple terms what this means?
Whats call forwarding?
Thanks
