Well just to update they are charging me £110. This is for £65 for the router which I understand and £45 for moving out of contract. The £45 is a funny amount considering the amount I have moved to now I am out of contract is £42. All I can say is I am leaving and thank god as I contacted BT and was told that I would only be charged for what I use between now and when I move. So for me to be text something totally different just shows that the call centres don't know what is been emailed and text out to customers.

Yes I will take the hit of £110 but I will have recovered this in 7 months by moving provider.

Did you ever check your contract end dates?

You can find a list of orders placed and contract dates here
    https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do

With a BT Home Move normally the phone contract is renewed for 12 months the BB term will stay the same, unless there is less than 3 months left when a new 3 month minimum term is imposed

No I checked when my contract was up and it's today. So yes they may have a rolling one as surely maximum should be one months contract which would be 42.50 not £45 . Just so happy to be leaving will save me money in the long run.
