Got Fed up so email the 3 head office man claimed that it was not three responabity to deal with ZTE and he throught it strange that I had to write a letter so sent that and they got it now they are saying they ain't happy with the letter which I put and signed and dates that I won't post on Facebook and as soon as a replacement device comes the case will be closed and resolved . It seems fair there legal team saying letter not good enough and they call me Tuesday if they will send a phone now where do I stand. Three have been as useless as anything and ZTE they think they all perfect I have stressed I'm 2 months into a two year contract so three should of dealt with it now but now I ain't got a leg to stand on if they refuse the phone

I've read that three or four times and still don't understand what you are trying to say.

For example, why did the head office man think it strange that you had to write a letter?

Punctuation and real sentences are needed if you want proper help.
  • The man from head office says he throught it was strange why ZTE would want a letter from me before they replaced the headset. Now today ringing them there story has now changed to that it's now up to the council team who might replace the phone.

The problem is today I have emailed three saying that they were in beach of contract as they should of dealt with it being the phone only two months old and quoted stuff from the Mse website and that ZTE have changed to will replace the phone to might replace the phone

So now I wrote a letter saying I wave all my rights etc it's now changed to might replace the phone

I just stuck in a hole which has been dug deeper by three
