you should deal with Three - they state that the phone comes with 24 months warranty (if they do not have this back to back with the manufacturer then that is their problem)

thats a bit difficult as OP states they sent it back to manufacturer.
OP was the phone new 2 months ago, something doesnt add up0 -

Fixed that for you. A wet towel should be fine for low powered DC electronic equipment (like a phone) ... unless it is connected to a mains charger and it's the charger that's the cause. It is not fine for a mains powered electrical device. (Risk of electrocution when you put the towel over).0 -

No brand new phone I panacked I did not know if I throw water on it I throught it would of made it worse so I throught wet towel over it like a chip pan fire goes out and stops the fire from breathing0
