Hi All,
I have an on-going complaint o2 and having just spoken to their Manager he has advised I will need to submit a high level complaint. He was to text me the email address but never did, can anyone advise as to what is the best address to use?

Have you had a look at the CEOemail website? They usually have public email addresses for high level staff listed there.====0
