Claim Issued - Still no payment!

First post but i'm rather frustrated. Any advice gratefully received!
We have used one of the main claim companies to assist in reclaiming PPI (I know we could have done it ourselves but we were happy to pay the fees given how confusing it was!)
We have successfully claimed on 2 accounts so far however we are having real problems getting paid by one of them - MBNA!
Our claim was agreed and issued at the end of January 2017 and MBNA sent a cheque out to us, unfortunately to our old address (even though they had the new one!). We managed to get hold of the cheque and were advised it was ok to cash it. The cheque was returned 4/5 days later by our bank as MBNA had cancelled the cheque due to the claim company questioning where the post was sent to as it was taking a while!
2 months on and we are still waiting for a new cheque to be sent. The claim company told us we needed to wait 21 days (which we did) then said "Oh sorry that should be 28 days" (now passed) and still not in our hands. We've written to complain but have been told MBNA won't confirm a new date for reissue nor will they give any indication on time frame.
We are now 9 weeks on from when the claim was granted and no money received (not forgetting the small amount of interest we have lost also)
We don't have the account number for MBNA and without it they wont talk to us and we don't appear to have the right number for the department dealing with the claim company - The claim company don't seem to want to give it to us either!
What can we do?!
Thanks in advance for any answers or suggestions

The claims company are either working for you or they're not - tell them to sort it out.0

24 phone calls and a written complaint and we are not getting anywhere. Today they have responded saying they are as frustrated as we are! I Literally don't know what to say next!0

Well, they've certainly earned their money.
Stamps aren't cheap these days.0 -
lol
Don't suppose you know if they are legally bound in any way to give us the account number for the ppi case so that we can actually speak with MBNA directly?0 -
The Claim Company will be as frustrated as you are because the longer the redress takes to reach you, the longer they have to wait for you to pay them a huge proportion of it (plus VAT).
I think you should remind them of this.
All in all, just another reason not to use a Claims Company for a straightforward and free complaints process...0
