There was a thread on here about it a while ago.
Eventually it seemed to get resolved.
I'll have a look for the thread.


ETA: I couldn't find the thread. I went back 18 months and it was certainly within that time frame. Possibly about 6 months ago.
It was certainly there, because I remember posting on it, as I was having the same problems as you are now.

I had hoped that thread might have shown how the problem was resolved.
Don't know what has happened to it.
