Capital One PPI Rejection BUT

I submitted my PPI complaint to Capital One several weeks ago after paying PPI for 10 years and finding out about the PPI shenanigans very recently (I have not lived in the UK for 6 years). They have of course rejected my claim and said it's their final word on it and that they believe they did nothing wrong. But…

Hi I'm new to this so please be kind x I put in a ppi claim in 2011 with the Halifax via a third party which was rejected. Reading all your blogs you have inspired me to retry I have sent this in and they are reopening it. Does that mean they will be liaising with me or the third party. Any help would be appreciated thank you
