Hi I'm new to this so please be kind x I put in a ppi claim in 2011 with the Halifax via a third party which was rejected. Reading all your blogs you have inspired me to retry I have sent this in and they are reopening it. Does that mean they will be liaising with me or the third party. Any help would be appreciated thank you0
