    Well we managed to beat the rain yesterday. We stopped in the supermarket to get a couple of bits on the way back from the park (and the kids had a free fruit snack :T ) and by the time we came out it was bucketing down. Hoping to do the same today but we will go to the car park as it's closed today, so there's a nice bit of hardstanding they can play football on without getting filthy!

    Got little jwil some wellies yesterday, they were only £8 to start with and I have £4 vouchers from RM surveys so only cost me £4 :T

    I've just been in to tax credits to update our details, and it looks like we might still be eligible for a small amount. I managed to update the childcare, but couldn't put in our estimated earnings yet so will have to try again in a couple of days. I'm hoping we are still eligible for a bit, if only so they can recover the overpayment!

    Taking the kids on an easter egg hunt today, hoping it's not too wet out there!

    I hate owing money to the tax credits people :mad:.

    It's raining lightly here but I'm hoping it will clear up later. Hope the kids enjoy the Easter egg hunt.

    Me too :( I always try to overestimate income to ensure it doesn't happen, but it was difficult last year with DH doing agency work for much of it.

    The kids loved the easter egg hunt, and it was a nice (if muddy!) walk through the wood. They played poohsticks too so enjoyed that as well :)
