Maybe listing if I get a chance
Reach £15 on 2 survey sites so I can cashout
Maybe reach £5 on another so I can cashout
    Clean kitchen
    Clean bathroom
    Strip and remake beds
    Vacuum
Get up to date with admin and tidy desk
    Sort and tidy packaging materials
    Put washing away
    Update declutter list etc

I was blessed with little miss's stomach bug at the weekend, and although I felt better on Monday, I felt bad again Tues and Wed so haven't achieved anything much this week. I'm feeling better today so hope to crack on.

  • Well done Jwil you seem really motivated at the moment. Your putting me to shame with your decluttering. I really need to declutter, I don't know where it all comes from but I do know most of it isn't mine:mad:.

Thank you. It would be amazing if I could get 50% knocked off :j

I read something yesterday that a creditor can apply any redress to the account even if it has been partially settled, so I'm not going to count my chickens until I receive a cheque or something and it will just be a nice bonus if I do get something!

I'm not sure what you mean by "apply any redress to the account even if it has been partially settled."

Do you mean that if creditors accep F & F offers and then you claim PPI, they can keep the PPI towards the debt as it was only partially settled?

You're doing well with your ebay listing and de-cluttering :).

Thank you penny :) Yes, I know what you mean, most of it's not mine any more either, though I do still have a fair bit to go.

Yes, that's it. I read it on here somewhere. Not sure if it's true, but apparently they can do that if the full balance has not been settled. Mine was sold on beforehand so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Just googled and came up with this: https://beatmydebt.com/news-articles/can-a-bank-use-my-ppi-compensation-to-pay-off-debt

Looks like they can but you might be able to argue against it with a F&F. Mine was written off so I can't see how I'd have a claim.
