KLM cancelled our flight from Amsterdam to San Francisco one day before travel. Re-routed as a resulted, finally landing in SF 11hrs later than we should have. Used Resolver to lodge complaint for compensation. No hassles, easy to use and got over £1200 refunded. RESULT!!!
