Accident: whose fault is it?

Actually, my dashcam is mounted on the right side of the screen, if you see all footage it will look like I am driving in both lanes, which is incorrect. It's just where position of a dashcam.0

But DC clearly shows the other driver is well within his lane, in which case there should have been no impact.0 -

you can see the other cars front wheel, its 12 inches inside his lane, and then 12 inches of red hatching...
the position of your dash cam is irrelevant, your car was not in its lane and caused a crash.0 -

So is it irrelevant that he was coming from wrong side and did not stop to let me pass. Was it his right of way or mine?0 -

You are guessing what he would have done AFTER the crash.
He was on one side of the red hatch, indicating to cross it.
You CROSSED the red hatch and your cars collided.
If you had not crossed the hatch and remained in your lane, he MAY have crossed and hit you, but we'll never know as YOU hit him while he was in HIS lane.0 -

His car trajectory is the road where you can see the police car.. he is way past it, he is like making a u turn.
Anyway appreciate all of your responses. Let's see what insurance say..0 -
He looks like he's in his lane. If you hit him, it's your fault, not his. BUT that's what your dashcam is showing because you've not got it positioned properly.
I know that roundabout (Watford/M1/A41) - the lanes are really tricky going back onto the M1 and you should have been driving more cautiously once you saw his indicator on.
He's *probably* at fault, but your dashcam doesn't make it obvious0 -
The wrong lane issue wont get you out of this one.0
