Why not ask them yourself via Contact Us. Then you will have something in writing for the future if any problems occur.

I had emailed bubble when I wrote this but I was seeing to see if anyone knew. As you have asked for something useful.....bubble emailed back and they don't insure EU Devices as they don't insure phones off their approved sellers list and non of these sell Non EU Devices.
I have emailed a hand full of insurance companies to ask if they provide cover for Non EU phones.
As a massive tech head if anybody has a broken phone they can't fix and feel they could be comfortable to try themselves the YouTube channel JerryRigsEverything tear downs a lot of phones and shows you exactly how to get into them and what is what and where.
If you have software problems then the XDA developers site can help with that with forums that have guides on all sort of mobile software forums and I can I ensure you that they won't mind what comments you make and never make sarcastic comments no matter what you say. :-)
