Not sure why this would cause confusion I just wanted to thank the thread and especially JL for helping me resolve my pcn. As this thread was specific to the car park in question to my pcn i hope it will help other drivers follow the same route and appeal their pcn now and in the future if they are made aware that the same illegal signage is still in place in this car park, be it from reading an old or new post, all information helps.

It won't be the illegal signs that made them cancel, as long as you used the template appeal and never said who was driving. That's what made the cancel, the fact they could see they'd lose at POPLA due to the KEEPER appealing (assuming you did)?

Highview cancel every time they see the forum template, never mind the car park.

Great result though and thanks for updating us even though this is an old thread. Good to read about all successes.
