If you are looking for a 17" TFT then you may be best sticking to the Dimension 3000 for £385 or you could buy both the 3000 and 8400 for £794 and then sell the Dimension 3000 with the 17" CRT for £360 (as I have done) resulting in you getting the Dimension 8400 with 17" TFT for £434

I ordered the dell '£385 deal' and was delivered last week !

Im extremely happy with it, having bought a similar spec pc just over 6
months ago which cost me over £600 and that was with 15"tft.

Iff you are thinking of buying this deal ....think no more
just buy it ...its excellent value for money !!!! Brilliant PC

Thats what I did DRiz...quit the thinking. Im sure its possible to add extra memory or replace the drive for a DVD burner if required!
