The MR is in. As for trying to make a case and getting evidence, both jobs were extremely hard and difficult to do. Up to date evidence is hard to come by. For the main I am under my GP who just follows the route of ensuring that there is a never ending supply of drugs at my disposal. Consultant input has ceased as there is nothing more that they can offer. As for writing the MR. I know what I should get (based on my own view) but that would be immaterial. I have just set out what my problems are and left it at that. Yes some parts are at odds to what is on the claim form. so I am just hoping that the DWP can see through what I was trying to say and how the confusion happened.

there is and has never been a treatment for my condition.
i still se a specialist regularly as a 'courtesy'

just because there is no treatment doesn't mean that you cannot/will not be under the supervision of a specialist

Well that's not my situation. All of my consultants referred me back to my GP for ongoing care and medication. Obviously if there was a change, I would be re-referred back to the consultant.
