Payload in a Dispatch/Expert/Scudo is only just shy of a ton. Mount the tank towards the front of the load bay, and it's evenly distributed between both axles.
400L of water is really just four large blokes.
We have our windows cleaned by chaps who use this system and the tank is, as you might expect, right at the front of the load space. The water isn't distilled, i's very finely filtered and the system works well. The rest of the equipment doesn't amount to much weight but I'm not sure how long 400 litres would last you.0
