Pay 11.99 a month on a year contract set up few months ago for bt sports
Now checked my bank and they tried to take 19.79 on Friday which caused me to go overdrawn and DD bounced as 11.99 was in
Plus these clowns at bt Have the nerve to add fee on for when their bills bounce
I need to speak to them tomorrow if I can get thru to speak to an actual human but can they do this? My bank says no
