Number 10 NSD for me here. I've not been great at organising my spend days this month, but all spending has been on budget. I won't make my 16 target this month now, but as long as I keep any spending on budget I'm happy with that.
Ten nsds is still a great achievement.Maybe start with a smaller target next time?SkintTeacher wrote: »nsd 7
Marmite - work is fine, I actually enjoy it most of the time.
And I definitely enjoy the not spending that goes on. It's nice to be back in a routine and eating more healthily (no opportunity to snack/ visit tempting caf!s).
Also trying to get into a routine with my exercise - OH is being really understanding about my new found obsession but I'm aware I don't want to take the mick and be out every night!
Weight has gone up a bit, but this may be due to the old muscle/ fat conundrum, or it may be the aforementioned caf!s!!! Either way, I'm trying to focus on shape and how I feel rather than weight. Which is easier said than done.SkintTeacher wrote: »nsd 8

Reporting in with a total of 5 NSDs achieved this month. This is pretty poor by my standards. It was just a lack of planning that scuppered me, not a F**L but a learning experience.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
