Hello,

My question is if I internally appeal with your template and get rejected, and have to appeal to POPLA do you think my appeal will probably get rejected, as I didn't actually have a valid excuse?

I'm out as about at the moment so can't give a detailed reply, other than this place has cropped up before on here, try a forum search for montpellier nhs take a look and then come back with your thoughts.

    Hello,

I have read your stickies and am undecided whether to appeal or not. I received two parking fines in Montpelier Health Centre Bristol for parking without registering my cars details. I wasn't using the health center but parked my car there as parking at my office was full.

I usually offer help to any motorist who has had a ticket as I believe that the charges levied by PPCs are extortionate. I expect that the charge you have been asked to pay is similarly OTT.

But your reason for taking up either doctors, nurses or patients' parking spaces where we read on here how much they are usually at a premium has blunted my enthusiasm to help and I will leave other regulars who may not feel the same way as I do to help you.

    It is not a fine.

You will have to take your chances with the template appeal points in post 3 of the NEWBIES thread.

Nobody here can tell you what your chances of beating this charge is, but your chances will be zero if you don't appeal.

Please remember that the reason why these parking companies exist is because of people like you who abuse private parking.

You should always challenge and appeal, this is the thread i was on about earlier https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5583307 from that you will see that a legitimate user, Cassfrow had an issue with parking eye at the same car park, unfortunately sometimes some people will give PPCs the excuse they need for their pathetic existence, where everyone can potentially fall victim to the antics of PPc land, both legitimate user or not.

Yes, you should challenge this at every step, as it is preferable to keep as much money out of these PPCs hands as possible.
One quick question - were you aware that a parking company was stalking that car park?
