How likely is it that there's a dead mouse in fridge freezer if no signs of activity?

I found a snake curled up in the back of my fridge once. Alive.
No joke!
The fridge was next to the back door.BettyBoop17 wrote: »Oh no, my fridge is next to the back door too, now I'm even more worried!
At least you won't have to worry about the mouse :rotfl::rotfl:I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

We used to have a gas cooker, working off a cylinder, to use as a spare when the power was off. Unbeknown to us a rat took up residence in it, which we only found when we put the grill on one night during a power cut. Rat scarpered into the lounge, pursued by dog, but the smell from the grill pan was quite something!0

Well I'm pleased to announce I didn't find a mousse. Pulled out the fridge freezer, emptied the drip tray disinfected and sprayed with Dettol. Couldn't find a mouse or anything else although there was a big spider. At first I had a meltdown thinking there were spiders eggs in the tray but as the fridge freezer is only a few months old on close range inspection it was little bit of polystyrene that must have gor stuck from the packaging.
Now the bad news....the smell remains! It isn't as bad but the fridge has a 'kale' smell. Peppery but unpleasant. And the freezer smells like rancid cheese. I cleaned literally every inch of the fridge and freezer but the smell is still there. All out of ideas !0 -

Had a toaster that a mouse had crawled into. Gorged himself on the crumbs in the bottom, and got himself electrocuted on the electrics. Don't know how long he had been in there when the toaster got cleaned out, but he was certainly crispy.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
