Was thinking of joining Uber and becoming a 'taxi' in my spare time.
You'll need to factor in the increase cost of car insurance for becoming a 'taxi' and the additional cost of wear and tear / maintenance on your vehicle.
I can't see what benefit being an Uber driver over a pizza delivery driver would have over time to spend with your family though - surely both of those second jobs will impact your family time.DFW Nerd No. 1484 LBM 07/01/15 Debt was £95k  Now debt free and happy :j0 -

I'd hold back on uber at the moment to see where the dust settles on the multiple kerfuffles going on at the moment. They'll probably survive, but everything suggests they're not pleasant to work for right now, and it's having an impact on their customer base as well.Mortgage

What is your level of education? Exam boards are often looking for markers with relevant degrees. Its all done online these days marking scanned images on screen. Can easily do whilst sat on sofa. I earn up to £2-3k every June/July marking GCSE Chemistry and A level Chemistry in the evenings after work.
Hi, where did you find the information about this? I have a mixed chemistry and medical biology degree so this appeals to me :j
Thanks0 -
You mentioned coaching, worth looking at paid coaching opportunities in the local area during Saturdays / weekday evenings?'Dont Bury Your Head In The Sand As Your Problems Will Still Exist'

Very unlikely that the OP will get a paid coaching job. My brother is a sports coaching graduate and there are no jobs at all. I think he told me only about 10% of coaching positions are actually paid, and there's massive demand.0

I would suggest starting with the exam boards themselves, AQA, EdExcel etc0 -

Query - when I looked into this all exam boards seemed to expect teaching qualifications / experience, which I don't have, but I do have postgraduate degrees. The online application forms etc would therefore seem to discount me at the outset. Are the exam boards only interested in using teachers, or is it worth a direct call do you think?0 -
