I have today received a letter from ParkingEye stating that the 'Charge has been cancelled'.
I would like to thank everyone who helped with my appeal and for the good advice within this thread. There is no other information on the letter and when I checked my appeal progress with POPLA just now it says that my case will be dealt with in due course.
I am so happy!
