It is a shame that there has to be only one post of the month as there are so many good postings, even within the Argos one. But has to be Jon_C for starting it all.

Jon_C also deserves a mention, for reasons already mentioned by others, but Trojan wins for me as the Argos sale didn't have anything that I was interested in.

My vote for this month goes to Jon_C for his argos thread.

I cant wait to see my sons face on Xmas day when he opens his present and finds a 15" LCD TV. In fact im so amazed with it i`ve already had it out of the box numerous times and played around with it, please dont tell my son ....hehe I still cant beleive that Argos sold it at that price, it was the same price I was going to spend on a decent 14" CRT TV. Even more amazed that Argos never realised they sold us all the upgraded version of that Beko TV. The one in the catalogue was only 250 cd/m2 of brightness and this one has 450cd/m2..this makes a massive difference .
