How to easily improve kitchen for house sale

    To me the floor lets it down. tired tiles, different coloured tiles, not even a straight line! People will think needs re tiling and think that needs a new kitchen (because the tiles go under the units)

    Cover the whole lot with some fresh lino, but it must be well laid.

    Can you lay Lino on tiles? Will the tiles not show though.

    how much are you inclined to spend? As others have said declutter and tidy up.
    Plus if it were me I would change the cooker point and sockets for brushed steel ones and find out why the washing machine sticks out like that.
  • Force washing machine back under units.
    Get rid of everything, absolutely everything, empty that kitchen so it looks like a showroom. Anything that won't fit in the cupboards bin, store or chuck away.
    Get some lino over the tiles to harmonise the room.

    Job done.
