Maybe I should of titled it 'new car to me but not a new, new car'? :)

I think it was blatantly obvious if you read the posts through it wasnt brand new?

And no one is carrying out any work tomorrow I need to know what is wrong with it, if I just hand it back to the dealer I got it from A. Im without a car through no fault of my own and B.) I have absolutely no idea what the issue is so quite rightly they can hand it back say 'there is nothing wrong with it' and Im back to square one! surely getting an expert (BMW) to run diagnostics to say the car is broken and needs x I can then go back to the garage and say please fix these problems or give me my money back.....
