ANPR error NCP Market way , Portsmouth

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has any experience of ANPR being faulty? I received a 100 pound penalty charge from NCP Market Way in Portsmouth for "non-payment" of ticket (didn't receive initial pcn but that's my word against theirs). However, I did buy a ticket but my bank statement only shows that I bought a ticket on the day in question, from an NCP but they say that is not enough evidence! Have now received letter from debt collector. I'm not disputing that I was there because I was; just don't know what to do next- I now have a letter from my bank manager which details the time I bought the ticket (it was 2 minutes before I left the carpark) but it doesn't say which car park. After doing some googling i discovered that earlier in the year the same car park had sent out several pcns in error. Any thoughts/ advice from anyone please?

its an LBC or an MCOL you need to deal with , nothing else

NCP never sue anyone, so ignore them if you have missed the appeal time, you should have killed this at POPLA you know. Never mind!
