"Parking Lie" and my Employer's Car Park

You should also complain to your MP about this disgraceful behaviour and discrimination in breach of the EA 2010.
Also complain to Andrew Jones MP who is supposed to be looking into this, but from his comments in the recent MP's debate, seems to be in the pockets of private parking scammers in my opinion.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Well I got a message back from our employee advocate -
"I have my thoughts and opinions on this, which as you know me well enough now, I am sure that you can second guess.
On a side note we founded a rep subcomitee for facilities related issues and can I request your permission to task xxxx to represent you with this in the personal and professional manner it warrants and I am certain she is of the same mindset as I am and do her utmost to get it revoked"
Oh it's war...Parking Lie !!!!!!0 -

Good shout loadsof... I also hear from someone else that a couple of heavily pregnant girls were also treated this way even though they followed the same procedure as me !!!0 -

I doubt the BPA will act on them though, although they should.
One day these organisations (BPA/IPC) may become subject to the Freedom of Information Act (particularly now the ISPA has gone which oversaw POPLA) and it would be fantastic for defendants to be able to ask for information about the numbers of complaints, which they'd then have to provide.
Any complaint to the BPA (or IPC) shouldn't be sent in isolation. It needs to be copied widely (with 'cc to' recipients noted on the letter so everyone is aware of who's receiving it).
As a minimum, each complaint should be copied to:
DVLA
Marcus Jones of the DCLG
Andrew Jones of the DCLG
Your local MP
Your local press (if there is a local interest element)
National press (if there is a national interest element)
And if the complaint is going in electronically, there's no problem in cc everyone in.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Likewise - and I've never once had a PCN. But when ParkingEye decided to mess with one of mine, it was gloves off, and 4 years on, let's say, the rest is history.
I'd like to think I've caused this skimdustry, personified by its former head, camera up your skirt, Paddy the Pervert Troy, tens of thousands of pounds. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. "Skimdustry" - I love it !!! PE, though, from keeping up with news here seem to be one of the worst !!! I also noticed my local Tesco (only a smallish) store now have a time limit fo r parking and illegible signs up from Highview Parking !!!!!!
I never took such an active interest previously but like you, it's just taken one and it's war !!! Taking advantage of the more vulnerable in society is now my bug bear; hospitals - now how can those so-called chief execs of NHS hospitals sleep at night ??!!!!0 -
Be careful, PE could still turn a blind eye and railroad a CCJ :eek:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
