No-one knows. We were left to guess it must have been settled out of court. No-one I know, has any idea of what actually happened.

    FOI to the MOJ.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

test cases set up as of 09/01/2015
Civil Enforcement Limited v Curtis A93YM708
    DEAL v Colclough A79YP365.
I'm guessing it didn't go too well for DEAL as they were dissolved yesterday:-

I suggest if you have a problem with a private parking company write to the Minister with responsibility, Andrew Jones, he may then start to understand what is going on with theses parking cowboys.

Andrew Jones knows just what is happening and right now he is probably trying to do a "sweetheart" deal with the big players like parking eye.

The huff and bluff of these headless chickens was again seen today at PM's questions time.
Animal farm does not come close ?

There was the un-elected PM May getting close to a full blown heart attack ....... she needs to look at history when Mrs Thatcher, a fully elected PM was ousted by her very own ministers.

Are parking companies good for the economy ???

    100% NO

For every £100 they steal means £100 not spent in the shops and the retailers, the big supermarkets etc don't have a clue about this
At least each £100 spent with retailers and the like, HMRC can be sure to attract VAT ....... VAT appears to be a grey area with parking companies.

Send the parking companies off into the sunset and lets have a workable economy that works honestly.

Should be on the bucket list of Mrs May if she is to gain any respect.

Nonsense, she got a bit tetchy with the bearded loon, but who wouldn't.

I cannot recall taking part in any election for a Prime Minister, please explain. What planet are you on, she is highly respected.

Having never been an MP, I too have not taken part in an election to decide on who should be PM.

As for the debate, again nothing more than hot air with no action.

TETCHY ? An under statement. At her age she needs to watch her blood pressure

You and I did not take part in electing May, where were you at the time ? Sunny Spain maybe on the Sangria

Just because May is more popular than Corbyn does not mean she is respected, she needs to up her gain if people are to believe her promises
